Sucks you cannot delete default word entries Swype uses. So many weird ass entries in that dictionary I would NEVER use and wish were gone.

Slideit is much better...i was on swipe beta since the beginning and the dictionary is wall and the recognition is marginal. Try swtpe, the try SlideIT, you will see the difference over control and options are bounds above with SlideIT.

Initially a huge fan, I am really starting to hate Swype. Recommendation/Dictionary problems, Blue Box error, not making auto-spaces for new words anymore.

I think I'd probably type faster on a stock keyboard at this point.

I think I might try out Swift Key if it has a 24 hour return period.

theres a free trial version of swiftkey. i love swiftkey, but i can text so much faster with less effort on swype.

and swype>slideit imo

My Swype stopped working after about 2 weeks. This has happened two or three times and I was just too lazy to uninstall and reinstall. It's been a few months, so I may be ready to try it again. I did text way more accurately when using it!

I've been going back and forth among Swype, SlideIt, and SwiftKey since I perceived all of them to have their respective flaws. I've finally settled on SwitftKey months ago and am totally satisfied with its customization options and lack of stupid word guesses at what I type!
