I've just been told it appears to be a calibration issue???
I have searched in so many places but I can only find information from last year and un-install information that tells you that you can un-install swype, then to reinstall the newer version. I am running version 2.70 on Telstra. I can find swype in the applications but can not un-install it.
Ok the issue, I got my phone yesterday and the swype was working brilliantly, I've now installed some apps, facebook, kindle, simple things, oh I also installed Go Launcher EX but didn't like it so un-installed it (well I hope)...
Now swype won't work correctly, I go to swype a word and I know I've started and landed on the right letters as they turn blue but what comes up is the start letter can be up to 2 letters away and the word is obviously incorrect.
I have tried going to the other keyboard and back again, it worked for the very first word but that's it, back to 'normal'.
Does anyone have any up to date information on how to fix this?
