Help Swype wont Work!

Hey All
My swype wont swype any more! When I try, I get a beep upon finishing a word and a blue border flash around the keypad. ..... tapping in text still works fine.
I know it worked last night. I have pulled the battery and sim card, switched to tap and back tp swype, re-started, but no change.
Does anyone know what is going on here? I love the swype! Dont think I can go back to regular texting...

This had happened to me again today - I just searched to see if anyone else was having problems as it has happened a few times recently.

Mine is on HTC desire - fixed by force stop and then resetting the swype input method, but it's till annoying - especially when i was trying to show it off to someone and it didn't work
