Help Swype words

Everytime I swype I'm getting words that aren't even in the dictionary. Is there a way to delete words?

i would like to know this too, half the time i swype "it" i get "iut"

I keep getting aggravated when I get email addresses... So annoying.

Go to settings, apps...manage apps...filter...all...swype....clear data

I'm such a noob, but how do I even turn on SWYPE? When I text it doesn't automatically turn this feature on, but it is in the phone, I've seen it in the Manage Apps section... Thanks!

Start a new text message (anywhere where you'll type text will work, but this is quick). Long press on the text box, select Input Method, then select Swype. Easy peasy!

reinbeau - Thanks, that works perfectly....again, I'm a noob. I've only had the phone three days and I'm still learning. I've read through the forums and I think I'm going to have to break down and view the manual online.
