Guys i heard from several sites that Swype is available in galaxy mini/pop. but i can't use it on my phone.

btw, there is an option named Swype in settings which is active in my phone.can anyone help?

1. On the text screen, long press the text area where you usually write your text until the Edit text menu is displayed.
2. Touch Input method.
3. Select the input method. it will give u the options for swype method.

Swype gets worse the more you use it. If you ever get tired of swype download and install Gingerbread keyboard from android market. I use it full time now.The predictions is really nice

What went wrong? Doesn't swype shows right word? Or anything else?
 
Swype starts learning wrong words at times and those come up on top.Try it for 2-3 months you'll know what i mean. I use Gingerbread keyboard now and very happy with it.

Yes! If only they would use a normal dictionary, it would be great! It's missing common words but frequently suggests nonsensical gibberish. Trying to swype a word 3 times before giving up and typing it in manually is a huge waste of time. Great idea, but shitty implementation, IMO.
