My phone is running Android 2.3.4 rooted which has allowed me to get rid of most of the preloaded apps that came with it. There are a few however that I would like to get rid of and use other applications instead, such as using Business Calendar Free instead of the stock android app.
My question is this, do I need to have the android calendar app installed in order for Business Calender app to sync or does it connect with Google directly and not in the symbiotic way I think it does now (Android calendar syncs and business cal just shares the data)
Hope I have explained this correctly because it seems silly to have two calendar apps or contact apps if not needed.
