In the last month I have started having problems with syncing between Exchange Server 2003 and my calendar on the phone. Every once in a while I get the Client/Server conversion error, and have solved that problem by deleting the data on the phone and letting the sync re-populate the phone's calendar.
I have the phone set to sync every 5 minutes and emails and contacts come through -- usually. Prior to a month ago, the calendar entries made in Outlook came to the phone with no delay. Something has changed in that I only get a sync of the calendar once or twice during a 24 hour period.
I can force a sync and although the appointments are on the Outlook calendar, the sync doesn't pull them over to the phone. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the schedule, and I need more timely updates.
I am also finding that appointments set up on the phone never make it to the Outlook Calendar--I have given up on that issue.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? I have 5 other users with Android phones and we are all having some kind of issue, but they are not the same...the Droid users seem to have the fewest issues.
