Is there any way to sync contacts between 2 emails at sametime in andriod ?

Do you mean like add contacts to another email that have been synced to another email?

Otherwise I know if you wish to show contacts of 2 different emails typically on an android device there should be an option of "contacts to display" in your contacts application. At this point you can mix and match and choose whatever you want to be shown.

I know the handy one I use is, "display only contacts with phone numbers"
