Help Sync contacts on demand?

Hello All,
Has anyone figured out how to make the XPRT sync the contacts, for example Google, on demand? I've searched and searched and can't figure it out.

It synced when I first set up the account, but I've cleaned up some since online and it still has the deleted contacts and doesn't have the updates to others. My thought was it needed to sync, but don't know how to force it.

I've had my phone for 2 days now, its been pretty seamless from Palm,

Go to Settings, scroll to account, tap the account you want to SYNC and tap menu it should read SYNC NOW

Thanks! That seemed very hidden to me and I don't think I ever would have found it. I have to get used to hitting that menu button to find other options. Thanks again.
