Sync Favorites/Bookmarks with computer?

How can I get the favorites from my IE/Firefox on my home computer to sync with my S4??

Import the bookmarks into Chrome and all your bookmarks will be synched across any device if you are logged into your Google account.

In addition to Shmn, just to clarify, you will need Chrome on PC and GS4. Once you install on the device and PC, you will only then be able to SYNC.
Make sure the SYNC option is set under your account setting.

I would also recommend trying out the Chrome Beta, it has few extra nice features than the sock Chrome browser.
