I need a wireless (bluetooth or wifi) sync for mac-andriod.

I want podcasts and music from itunes, contacts from adress book and videos from vlc or the random folders where I keep them...

A little more info please ... Phone model and carrier and current OS level. It would make answering your question easier.

Can't comment on wirelessly podcasts or music, but I sync address book and ical using Spanning Sync, and music (from iTunes) and photos (from iPhoto) using Salling Media Sync over USB.
Both are paid versions, and both work well for me :D

For wireless sync with iTunes, TuneSync is the way to go. Costs $4, but it works flawlessly and invisibly. You just choose which playlists to sync to your phone, make sure it's on the same WiFi network as your Mac, and it works its magic.

The Mac Address Book has an option to sync with Google, so if you set that up (it's under Preferences in Address Book), your future phone will automatically sync those contacts as soon as you activate it. Here's a tutorial (that also covers iCal):

Google Sync Services

With videos you might be stuck just mounting the phone as a USB drive and using drag-and-drop to get the files onto it.
