Hi all
I have an HTC One M8s and have a laptop running Windows 8 possibly 8.1
I have updated my phone with both portions of the Marshmallow update and now find that Sync Manager will not recognise my phone as being connected
Sync manager itself is most up to date version and as best I can tell all device drivers are correct (I can file transfer directly using other programs)
I know sync manager is not to everyone's taste but it does what I want / need it to (well it did)
Have already tried the "hidden" file transfer programme and re installing drivers but there is still something not working
All my media shows in sync manager ready to go but it still says "no phone connected"
Please help this has been driving me nuts for 2 days now
Please also no "me too" responses as that doesn't help solve the issue at hand
