Sync Moto Droid to Outlook

Has ANYONE been able to successfully able to sync to Outlook?
I have tried them all, including Companlink, with no success.
HELP!
 
I use companionlink and sync without problems.
How is your setup not working?

I use companionlink and sync without problems. Be sure that you go on your go on your desktop and open up companionlink and configure your files sync. Intiate sync from your handhandle device
 
I tried again and it worked fine. I think the hint about syncing from the phone rather than the computer did the trick.
