Help Sync not working ?

Hi all
Bit of an odd one this.
For some reason my phone isn't syncing with anything so no Gmail etc.
I've checked all settings and removed any battery saving apps I had bit still nothing.
Also rebooted the phone etc
Strange thing is it was working fine on Friday but nothing all weekend. I've tried sending myself and email this morning but this hasn't cone through either
Any ideas what else to try etc ?

You could try clearing the cache for the Gmail app... that may work

menu=>settings=>applications=>gmail=>clear cache

Let us know if that solves the issue

Just tired that and now have no emails in my inbox just a message saying your email will appear shortly.

Emails won't appear unless sync works.

Whenever I try forcing sync in applications nothing happens

Ah... sorry - thought that it was an issue with the Gmail app!

Not totally sure, tbh, but the last 2 posts in that thread may be the answer you're looking for?

Actually, I would have given the same advice too. When I switch ROM's I sometimes have to "clear data" on the Gmail app to get it syncing again.

Thanks for the tip D-R-U-X turned out to be a space issue.
Went through the make more space and didn't make any difference.
Then went through and deleted a couple of apps and hey presto gained more space and sync kicked in.
Don't you just love apps which you can't move to SD card. ?!?!?!
