Help Sync Outlook Calendar to Android

I have set up a link to my work Exchange (2010) to obtain email, and it's working fine. I also selected to Sync the Calendar but it's not working as I would hope.

I get reminders on my phone for meeting events, but they are not visible in the default Android calendar. Is there a way to sync them into the calendar?

I would prefer an option to sync with a specific calendar, i.e. I have a "Work" calendar in the google My Calendars, so I can hide these entries if I need to. The google sync tool doesn't allow this, and I don't want to rely on something on my desktop to sync them.

you said you are getting reminders on the phone but that events are not visible..
i think you have successfully synced your calender but its visibility might be set to hide the events... go to calender and then options->calenders and make sure that your calender is set to show the events.
