Sync Outlook with LG G3 Vigor

I just retired my Samsung Galaxy SII and got an LG G3 Vigor phone.
There doesn't seem to be an easy way to sync my Outlook contacts and calendar with this new phone. All my previous phones offered software to take care of this.
LG doesn't. Is there a fix for this?
