is there a single free application that can sync outlook calendar, contacts and notes to android?

You don't need an app or 3rd party software to sync Outlook Contacts and Calendar with Android. Instructions are at the following link. It works great. It works automatically. And it's free.

The above method won't sync notes, but there is a free option for Notes syncing called NitroNotes. I haven't tried it. If I want to make myself a note, I just put in in a draft email and read it that way.
