Help Sync problem between HTC one x and outlook

i have a problem in HTC sync, the problem is if i make any update or new insert in contacts of my HTC one x it is not synced to my Outlook, but the reverse is ok i.e. any update or insert to contact in outlook is successfully synced to HTC one x contacts.

if any one has a solution please help.

Note: i have been updated the sync manager to the latest version.

I'm also having the problem with many duplicate contacts and appointments are created in Outlook, seemingly without any input from me (that is, I make no changes in either Outlook or on my HTC OneX, yet many duplicates are generated for the same item ... but not all items).
