Um you can sync them by connecting your google account with both devices.
I am assuming you just mean having the games on the phone and tablet, saved games and such would have to be manually pulled over, like painstakingly from phone to pc to tablet, otherwise there could be an app.
But syncing your google account should give you all the games you downloaded so you dont have to pay again.

One of my BIGGEST gripes about Android (and a feature I can see added in Key Lime Pie) is a backup of game/app data to the Google account. Apple does it. Amazon just announced Whispersync, which to my knowledge syncs up basically EVERYTHING. Unless you're playing a game like Zenonia which uses a Facebook login or some sort of other server side identifier, I don't think there is a way to easily do this.
And which files do I need to set on my computer for the saved games? My phone is version 2.3.6 and my tablet 4.1.1 and I can't find a map with saved games on my tablet

AppSync, free in the Play Store, can backup your data from one device to another. I'm not sure if it requires root access or not.

It does require root, as the app says in the title haha, but great to know. Thanks for sharing. Cannot wait until this is standard on all devices.

Some apps have a built in sync function, like games from com2us. I am using the same save files on both my phone and tablet for Inotia 3 since com2us games allow you to save on their cloud servers.

This problem should already be solved with the AppSync app, but if you're still interested you just pull out the actual game files on your phone by copying them, and then just pasting them in the other phone game files.
Unfortunately this sucks because you have to keep transferring back and forth when you play on one device and want to go back to the other
