Sync with Mac

Just got a Mytouch today and am wondering if I can sync it with my Mac to copy music and whatnot over to the phone and send pictures to the computer. I plugged the phone into the computer and nothing popped up.

Any ideas?

Figured it out. Now, does anyone now how to configure the email program to work with mobileme?
