sync with Outlook issues

I finally got my e-mail to sync with outlook. New Samsung Galaxy S2 about 2 weeks ago. Finally getting most everything to work. I was using pop3 accounts before but now with this phone I switched to imap. Everything seems to work except when I delete or move something on the pc end it just puts a line through the e-mail and nothing happens to it on the pc end. It does get moved/deleted on the smartphone end, but nothing seems to happen on the pc end. Everything else I do seems to sync like it should.

Any ideas?
