sync with outlook - without internet

[dekroy]

Hi, organization that I work for, is not connected directly to internet.
in order to get an approval to connect my android phone to my computer and sync my meetings with outlook I need to disable internet access..

Is there and option to do this automatically like in Nokia PC suite ?
Sec Department wants to be sure that there won't be a direct access to Internet while connected to ORG...

the meaning is that I want to "lock" the phone for anything else besides the Outlook sync while connected ..

Is there anything for me ?

Plenty of options but I'm not aware of any that will automatically disable internet access while syncing. Search here or take a look at Home | syncdroid.net - because Androids need a good Outlook sync.

Why is security not important after you've synced though? That doesn't make any sense.

Tasker?
Set it to shut 3g and wifi when you connect to the company network.
