Help sync with ps3

Never tried to plug this into the ps3, just tried earlier and the ps3 doesn't see the phone. Any way to make that happen? Wanna sync photos and music. Tried all 3 USB connection options.

i doubt ps3 has the option to read from mtp devices, youd need mass storage which isnt enabled in any rom i know of sadly... well not any that can read the sd card anyway lol. i enabled it in cm10.1 and its variants but that doesnt really help since it cant read from the card in the first place. you can do it through cwm though

Eh, not THAT important, lol. Thanks for info though. I can just transfer the stuff to a flash drive and then the ps3. All good. Was so used to just plugging the EVO into it no problem. Gotta adjust accordingly, lol.

yea i mean usb mass storage mode should work if a normal flash drive does, only issue would be that you cant access it from inside most roms. i could technically enable it in cm10 but im not using up all my internet for 6 hours just to upload a tiny fix like that

like i said though, cwm will work

boot into cwm, go to mounts and storage using the main menu, hit mount usb storage. plug it in
