I just got my Captivate. I love it. I am trying to sync from Windows Media Player to my phone's micro card. It is not working. What am I doing wrong?

When you plug your Captivate into a USB port on your computer, what mode does the connection come up as? You can check when they are connected by pulling down the notification bar.
