Not sure what you mean by sync ..
If you mean sync'ing photos etc with a PC, then you just need to connect with a USB cable and use Windows Explorer (Windows Key + e) to drag and drop files.
If you mean sync'ing calendar and contacts, there are a variety of tools available on the Play Store. I use a free one called AndroidSync that works over WiFi.
If you mean sync'ing with your Google Account, go to Settings .. Google then tap your google account name - you will then see a long list of things to sync.
