Synchronisation with Microsoft Exchange Server??

I am due to change my company phone next week and i was all set to have the Nokia e71 now my boss has come to me a said that the HTC Hero is awesome but i need to know if the Hero will sync wirelessly to Microsoft Exchange Server to pick up emails, contacts and calendar like my trusty old SPV M3100 does otherwise it is no good. I am pretty sure it will do it with a USB but it needs to be wireless really.

Can anyone help?

Yes, it will work 'over the air' - the Hero is set up to use Exchange .

One thing to note is that you should ensure that your company's exchange server supports Android handsets. I've got a problem with my company's exchange server not supporting Android handsets and the phone will error out when I try to complete the account setup on my phone. To overcome this, you need to get your Exchange account's security policies modified (my work's IT department are quite useless and won't do this for me).
