Help Synchronisation with PC

Since a couple of days, i cannot synchronize my HTC desire with my pc, always receive a message error 1001. Dont know what to do to fix it.

Can someone help?

I do not have an answer about the error code, but a possible work around. You could try using MyPhoneExplorer (that is the phone version, you would also need to download the PC version) to sync your phone, instead of HTC's Sync.

Hi I had this problem a few weeks ago - in the end, I sorted it by removing Sync off my desktop and also off the phone, then re installing both. Had to try it a couple of times, but it did do the trick, and now (touch wood) my HTC sync works fine
