I  cannot sync my mail.I did go to settings then account and auto-sync. It told me that  it was synched but when I return to my emails it was not. I need help. Thanks .
 
A little more information please. Which email app are you using? What version of Android do you have? And finally what type of mail account are you trying to sync?
