Well, the easy way is to use google contacts on both devices. They will automatically be kept in sync whenever the devices are on line.
If you already use something else (another app on your laptop) or service which you want to sync, we really need to know what that is before we can give any helpful advice. If this is the case, either post another question including the background info (anonymous posts are not threaded) or register on the forums and reply to this.
