Synchronize friends budget

I trying to find a program where me and my friends can sync "our" budget.
A program that is simple, at the moment i use "Cash Manager"

I really like that because its simple, no extra things that i don't need.
But it cant sync with a friend, so only i can add changes.
So thats the downside of this app.

Might be a dumb idea, but how about setting up a Google Doc that both of you can edit on Drive?

I tested that, but i can't get it to work =/
