Help Synchronize outlook excahange en gmail calendar on android phone

Hello,

At this moment I very happy with my HTC Desire Z using android. There is only one issue I cant find a solution for.
I configured my phone to receive mail and calendar from my company. The problem is that due to company policies I'm not able to use google calendar sync.

My question is wheter there is a app or workaround to sync my outlook calendar and gmail calendar (on my Windows Mobile phone I used oggsync and googasync but I can't find a solution for android phone's)

Is there somebody to help me in this issue

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to get your Google calendar entries into your Exchange calendar? If that's not a must you can just add your Google account to the device. The Google calendar will be a separate calendar but it's a more reliable solution since it doesn't rely on a desktop sync solution like what you're asking for.

Gsyncit (among other options) will sync Outlook and your Google account.
