Help Syncing a Galaxy Ace

I have just brought a Galaxy Ace GT-S5830 and can't figure out how to sync my existing calendar and contacts from Microsoft Outlook with my new phone. Please help

I use MyPhoneExplorer FJ Software Development to sync contacts, sms files etc/copy files to the micro sd card. Check out Socrates you can use it to transfer your data from Outlook to your phone.
