Syncing contacts on good server app

Hello everyone. I am an android rookie just converted from blackberry. I have my corporate email on my android using the good server application and it imported my contacts/phone numbers from outlook. But I can only use the contacts if I am in the good server app. The problem is that the phone call log doesn't recognize these contacts that are within the good server app. Is there a way to sync the contacts from the good server application with the contacts on the phone itself?

What brand/model Android device do you have? What you describe currently works OK with my Droid X running Touchdown.

I have a Samsung Acclaim (U.S. Cellular) straight out of the box with the only extra app being the good server app. It runs 2.1? Sorry, I'm not really up to date on the versions and features, etc. I got a good server PIN from our IT admin and set it up using the PIN and it set up all of my contacts and email which is accessible once I go into the good server app.

OK just figured it out. Had to go into the contacts menu and go to "display options" and then check the good server and it synced up with the phone contacts. Like I said, I a rookie. Thanks for the help!

I'm having the same issue...
My Good Preferences has a contacts area, I can check the sync with handheld but it only seems to sync my exchange contacts with the good app contacts list.
It does not place them in my android contacts list.
The Android contacts only seem to be my Facebook friends and Google account contacts
