Syncing droid phones and tablets

I have always used a cable to sync my phone with my pc but now I have 2 phones and 2 tablets that I would like to sync. Is there some software that will let me synch via wifi or bluetooth....and even if the phone or tablet is turned off, will turn itself on and do the syncing?

I use Google services also to take care of contacts and calendars. I currently use Onedrive to keep my files sync'd up, but have used Dropbox in the past. After subscribing to Office 365 I received a full TB of online storage for each of the 5 installs that comes with the subscription and it is free with the subscription. Works great.

If none of this helps any, be more specific about what you would like to sync and you may get some better answers.

Thanks! I am thinking mostly of bookmarks in Firefox and a couple of databases of information that I like to carry around.

Firefox has its own sync system that works very well for me. For the databases or other files try Airdroid or a similar app. The devices must be on to sync up, they will not wake themselves.

I'd recommend Sync from Bitorrent Inc for you databases. Once set up it will automatically them in sync on any device or computer.

You should be able to use Sync for your Firefox bookmarks as well but it might be easier just to use Firefox's built in sync'ing.

Chanchan05 has the right idea. The more you can push to your google account, the more they will all stay sync'ed together (assuming they are all signed into the same account.)

Thanks for the input. The problem with anything Google...I live in China, so they are usually not accessible. I will pursue the other options. Thanks again!

That would be a problem. We have a staff member who lives in China, so let me see if he can suggest a few options.

Is Windows Services available in China? You can sync to Outlook.com servers instead of Google from an Android phone.

Yeh, Outlook.com is available here so that could be an option. Because there's no Google in China, there's like no one unifying way of syncing Android devices, various manufacturers sometimes offer their own cloud syncing and backup, e.g. Oppo's "O-cloud". I use a VPN for Google, but I also backup my contacts and schedule locally as well, onto the SD card and to the laptop. Only keeping current personal data on one Android device, my phone.
