Help Syncing Droid to Google --- HELP!!!

I'm able to create events within my google calendar and they pop up on my droid calendar with no problems... My problem is when I type in an event on my droid calendar I don't see it on my google calendar.

How do I make sure that my google calendar is up-to-date with the events I enter into my phone only?
