Syncing ebooks- best way?

Pretty much what it says in the title!

I've started to use my Desire more frequently for reading PDFs and ePub books, but Bluetoothing them or manually dragging and dropping them via the USB connection is either time-consuming or a bit of a pain.

Can anybody recommend a better way to manage my ebooks and transfer them to my Desire from my PC? A bit like an iTunes or Media Player for ebooks, I suppose.

Bluetooth is simplest for me. I just right-click and send to bluetooth on any file. Just set up both computer and phone to send and receive without needing confirmation.

You can try Adobe Digital Editions, it supposedly supports transferring via USB connection to Aldiko Reader on Amdroid. I would try it but the latest update for the Fascinate broke the USB connecting to my Mac. I may try it on one of my Windows computers one of these days.

Are you using Calibre to manage and convert your books yet? It has a nice little content server function, so you can access your books from anywhere.
