Syncing Eris to Lotus Notes via Good Technology- HELP

Hello,

I am trying to recieve my lotus notes email to my droid eris using Good Technology. Currently I can send emails but cannot recieve them.

Can anyone help me? So far Verizon and my IT have not been able to help.

Do it through gmail.

I have a VPN with my company so I thought I could not use Gmail. I was told that I had to use Good Technology but so far I can only send emails and not recieve. I am wondering if there is an incoming server issue.

Any help would be much appreciated!!!
