Syncing Media Galaxy SIII

What is a good program to Sync Media to a Galaxy sIII RATHER than drag and drop via My Computer and SPH-L710 + Pictures, Music and Media?

Is there a way to select which Folders/ Media to sync and then periodicity sync the device plugged in with USB and the Galaxy only looks for New Media to add/ subtract?
