Help Syncing One X with Mac

Hi all, This question has probably been posted several times, so apologies if I'm repeating and previous threads. Could anyone tell me if it is possible to sync my brand new One X with my Macbook Pro. I'd love to be able to sync my music with itunes. Any advice greatly appreciated.

To perfectly sync with iTunes get iSyncr WiFi. For photos get Cheetah. Both in the Android play store (hate that name, how stupid).

Take a look at SyncMate, it syncs various data between Mac and Android within one app (contacts, calendars, images, videos, music, folders; allows managing SMS on Mac and mounting Android as Mac disk).
