Help Syncing Photos: ICS to Nexus 7 (Easiest Way?)

So I just got the Nexus 7 in and I'm looking for the easiest way to sync photos from my Galaxy Nexus (ICS Device) to my Nexus 7.

I know there have been difficulties in the past with checking Sync Google Photos and/or Sync Instant Upload with regards to unwanted albums showing in the gallery and battery hogging.

Anyone find some happy settings?

There's an auto upload setting in Dropbox, if you have it installed on both devices then anything you take will be in the Dropbox folder instantly (plus on your computer and any other devices you have). Using the auto upload feature expands your storage from the 2gb up to a few more gb, plus there's a link in my sig to get an extra .5gb!

Edit, I've just checked and using the auto upload feature had earned my an extra 4.5gb of space. It turns a toy into something really useful! Use Dropbox for photos & videos and leave Drive for other stuff.

I tried out the new auto upload when it was first introduced and while it is very nice I'd like to stick within google. Mostly to spread out my cloud data and the ease of having all my photos in the gallery rather than other locations.

Definitely a viable option though.
