Help Syncing shared calenders

Hello,

Currently on outlook I have my calendar synced to my Android tablet but on outlook I am sharing a calender with my colleague and this doesn't show up on tablet calender.

So what I would like to know is is there a way to sync my tablet with outlook or through the tablet calender so that I can view both calenders?

So basically the calendar is not the primary calendar on Outlook? How exactly are you sharing the calendar with your friend? Via Google? If the calendar is shared on your Google account you simply just have to activate it on your tablet.

MyPhoneExplorer works with Outlook sync for Android devices but I'm not sure it handles multiple outlook calendars though.
 
The calender is being shared on outlook through Microsoft exchange. My calender is the primary calender, but I primarily want to see his calender. I'm not bothered about mine.
 
If its on Exchange, go to menu>settings>accounts and sync>add account>microsoft exchange activesync. Thats how you sync to Exchange on Android. Just set it up and you're good to go. Just enable the calendar on your calendar app.
 
By Exchange do you mean Exchange management console? because on there Exchange ActiveSync is enabled, but it still won't show on my tablet calender.
