Help Syncing?

I had a Desire Z, but it has crashed on me and is goen for a month to get repaired (yeah sure) and they gave me Legend as a loaner. I have a bunch of contacts on HTCSense. How can I get them over to the Legend? I have tried connecting and the phone says it is syncing, but nothing happens.

OK, got it - sort of. I opened HTC Sync and it went aheasd and synced with my Windows Mail - ALL of it! Not quite what I wanted but there you are. Thanks for reading.
