Apps /sys/ files

Hey all. Question about the boot.img file.



Okay so, I'm trying to have some files I want be in the sys folder, which are either changed, or added.
Basically like...I want to to, when someone wipes everything, then installs a rom I make, these files are put there.
The path for one for example is /sys/kernel/debug/mdm_fb/-/vsync_enable (and the value is 0 inside the file). Now, I've extracted the boot.img, unpacked it, put it in that structure, repacked it, and flashed it, but none of the files are showing up at all when checking the folders using a file manager.

Any idea why? Or am I just totally not doing it right lol

BTW I'm trying to do this on a CDMA Evo 3D

Never mind. I figured it out. Just used changed my init.d script a bit. A mod can delete this thread if wanted
