System app to user app

I know its probably been mentioned time and again but Ive never tried it before.
Phone is rooted with stock rom
I wanted to xperiment without bricking phone (hopefully )
There is an app called Weather I hope moving it will not hurt
How does one actually go from system to user app? Do u move it manually or use a app to move?

Google: /system/app mover. Available in the play store or via F-droid. Easiest way to to convert from /system to /user and vice versa. Titanium backup will do so (in addition to much more), but isn't free. I've been a fan of TiB for a long time, but if moving to and from is all you need, go for the free app. I've used both.

I would recommend Link2SD. It does a good job moving libraries properly.

I downloaded system app mover, I dont have paid Titanium Backup (but intend to purchase it) have link2sd but dont see how to convert to user app......however and this relates to my other inquiry on lg easy home launcher......when u do create a user app can it be saved or backed up and possibly transfered to another phone.

I am considering moving to Samsung j7

In link2sd long press on the app and you will get a list of options, which includes convert. Any app can be backed up, user or system. I sincerely doubt an easy home will work on a Samsung phone, at least not without modifications.
