System Crash Issue

Could you please provide me with the solution?
I have HT C Desire V and I am facing system crash issue with my phone. Every so often the phone turns off but re-starts again. I then receive a message 'Your phone has recovered from a system crash. Do you want to tell HT C' I have done on all occasions but I didn't get any phone or email from HT C Customer care.
I just did a factory reset.
Does anyone know possible fixes? (Other than a factory reset, which I've done already..)

I am highly disappointed with this handset, when it works its brilliant but it shouldn't crash this much.
Please provide solution............

Have you rooted the phone or otherwise modified it? Maybe check and see about removing some of the apps you recently installed to if it that cures the problem.

Otherwise, return it to HTC if it is less than a year old. Otherwise, I don't know.
