Help System Data causing memory issues

Hello everyone, my Tribute 5 is having storage issues. The system data is up to 3.99 GB. I have tried the *#9900# dialer code to no avail. Any suggestions on how to prompt the Sysdump menu without using a external device like a PC/Laptop?
