Help System software not authorized by Verizon

I have a note 2, running 4.4.2 and SCH-i605. It comes up every minute when left alone. Samsung logo boots up then go to the screen. The computer won't recognize the phone and I don't mind about wiped data. Any help is appreciated.

Did you root the phone or use a custom ROM? Easiest fix is to simply try a factory reset. If that doesn't work, you can flash official Verizon ROM.
