Help System Storage Issue

I am aware of the old post on here about this issue, but I wanted to get more of an updated post going. So lately I've been having this issue with my phone that's been telling me I have a lot of system data. Over 4 GB is used and I have no idea why. I've reset my phone to factory settings and I made sure I didn't download anything that is suspicious. Any idea on how I can fix this?

So the system data is supposed to take up more than half my space on my phone?
