Help System.tool not Working, Innjoo Note Pro

So I, bought an Innjoo Note pro almost 5 months ago. It was working all fine at first but today when I was using it, I uninstalled an app and the mobile got stuck(hanged). I switched it off and restarted it and then it gave me a message that the SYSTEM.TOOL was not working.I closed the message but it came back again and again.The messeage keeps appearing and it's not going.Everything is working fine in the background(i.e I get all the messages, notifications etc.).I even Factory restored my phone but the message still keeps appearing, not letting me do anything. here's what it looks like:

OK...initial setup, choose your language, 中文(Chinese) or English, and then it crashes, seen that a few times with cheapo. Firmware could be corrupt, and it has to be re-flashed. Probably best to contact them about that... http://www.innjoo.com/About/article#contact_us
there's no firmware downloads or flashing tools on their site I can see.

Thanks for the suggestion. I emailed them about the Problem, and waiting for their reply now.

I think Innjoo is a UAE based importer and distributor of budget devices from China. And they'll be the ones to provide support and service, hopefully! Are you anywhere near Dubai?

Yes it is a UAE based importer and they have support and service centres but sadly i don't live in UAE.
