We have two Samsung Charge phones. Recently there was a system update downloaded to the phones and since then the phones have been losing power much more quickly. The phones were never great regarding power usage/battery life, but now they are horrible. Anyone have any ideas (other than getting a new phone)?

Have you tried resetting the phone or performing a factory reset if it happens to be a bug?

All your stuff on your SD card will remain safe and if you would like to you could safely un mount the SD card then do it. All your apps will be lost and your contacts unless you back them up.
